Singapore’s rendition of Ichiran! The place is rather affordable. $13.90 for the basic original king ramen.
Like ichiran, you can customise your soup base, toppings, spicy level, and noodles. I think the taste is rather similar to ichiran but the soup seems to be thicker. I’m not a soup person so I’m not affected by that. Will always visit this place whenever I crave for ichiran!
Not a big fan of their chashu but I like their thin noodles! It’s hakata style and it’s really good. It was so good that I had to order extra noodles! It’s served in a big metal ladle thingy as shown on pic 2!
The restaurant do serve complimentary water, bean sprouts and preserved vegetables. A nice place for lunch in town.
