It’s easy to make and it’s so good!
To make the bottom gula Melaka syrup: -Melt gula Melaka with a little bit of water in smal heat -optional: add a few pandan leaves for the extra fragrance -boil until the syrup has a “diluted” honey consistency
Make sure you use strong tea for this drink!
Simply add desired amount of gula Melaka syrup at the bottom and add lots of ice after that (till the brim)
Add evaporated milk after that. Pour the tea last. Take pics for Instagram and stir to enjoy!
Do pour the evaporated milk and tea slowly to create the “3-layer” effect
